Tatu Vuolteenaho and Jani Maunula's exhibition at Ylivieska Cultural Center Akustiikka is in August 2026. This exhibition has been chosen as a part of Oulu2026 Cultural programme and has received a production grant. There is also a drag makeup workshop in Ylivieska on 2.8. and 4.8..
The exhibition features Tatu Vuolteenaho's Eye-Leen self-portraits and Queer Witches portraits. Tatu has met members of the rainbow community who practice spirituality and magic in several different countries and painted portraits of them.
Textile artist Jani Maunula designs printed fabrics from Tatu's paintings and the fabrics are used to build immersive installations in the exhibition space.
